I had to fly back to Ca and show him the home, write offer, I was very fortunate our offer got accepted and was able to guide him thru this purchase and negotiate issues that came up and finally closed 1 year today at the purchase price of $1.4800.00
Ok so when I moved to Utah my significant other told me to get involved in the city. I did and they needed a new chairman so I got elected in.
