• Spearheaded the streamlining of 18 MAJCOM/installation plans and 29 MOA/MOUs, eliminating a 5-year deficiency, and achieving a T-1 readiness rating for the first time in 4 years, advancing 42 Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and $136,000 in resources.
• Directed the Air Combat Command’s (ACC) largest Group & Squadron Readiness operation, overseeing 42 command-directed programs, security, training, and readiness plans for 605 personnel, supporting the USAFWC, 6 wings, and 53 tenant units, impacting 68,000 total force personnel.
• Advised senior leadership on deployment operations and Air Force Readiness Reporting System in defense of 11 combatant commands across 4 states, 8 continents, and 15 countries, ensuring compliance with HAF, IMSC, & MAJCOM directives.
