Duties include machining metals that produce a variety of component parts focusing on railroad, military, and automotive industries. Okuma and Haas lathe and mill machines are used along with ABB robotics to machine components while adhering to OSHA standards. Role also includes usage of measuring devices and gauges for specific tolerances of components to ensure accuracy and quality as well as multiple visual inspections.

Role includes manufacturing of air bags and other polyurethane produced projects that are used in NIKE and non NIKE customer products. Components are produced by way of operating GEISS Thermoformers, injection and blow molders. ABB and CNC robotics and machinery used as well. Must also perform critical quality inspections and audits. Responsibility also includes delegating duties and coaching team members on proper procedures, safety policies, and skill building techniques to meet production goals.
