Working for Star in several restaurants we have random secret shoppers who work for our company or the airport.  Both will grade on excellent guest service and our steps of service.  I have been shopped many times over the years at DFW and have made 100 on all except for one where it stated I forgot to say my name.  We receive $100 gift cards as a reward for outstanding guest service.
