The Registered Nurse manages a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses & Lead Care Managers and provides complex nursing and program consultation and technical assistance to them. The Registered Nurse works with both the LVN & LCM to plan, develop, organize, monitor, and evaluate programs and studies on the delivery of health services. The RN may also serve in a lead capacity to Nurse Consultants and other health-related multidisciplinary staff; develops and evaluates program standards, policies, and procedures; and does other related work. The position will oversee staff, the day-to-day operations including provision of outreach, health and psychosocial education, linkage to care, patient advocacy, and documentation.

• Responsible for managing daily operations at properties in Blythe
• Tasks include maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases, and securing premises
• Responsible for keeping the properties in a safe and habitable condition, including maintenance, repairs, and updates
• Resolved tenant complaints quickly and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinated maintenance teams to address repairs efficiently, ensuring properties remained safe and habitable for all residents.
• Analyzed rental market trends to optimize pricing strategies, resulting in increased rental income and reduced vacancy durations.

• Provided basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
