  • Collaborates closely with the utilization review team on matters involving COB, SCAs, denials, and terminated patients.
  • Advocate for patients to ensure that, wherever possible, insurance is paying appropriately, and that the patient's responsibility is communicated well and agreed to collect all fees for services.
  • Generate weekly attendance roster to fulfill billing requirements.
  • Audit patient attendance and manage patient collection workflows.
  • Assist RCM leadership by establishing processes, developing strategies to support patient collections, collecting patient responsibility amounts, and analyzing and managing collection workflows.
