Take calls on five9 call center and help contractors by troubleshooting all types of Airedale IAQ model units. Give part quotes (PPA) to Airedale sales via email and by phone using SAP, share point, QUAD, Breeze, and prints. Work to correct issues when parts have been quoted, shipped, or built incorrectly and resolve those issues as fast as possible. Enter n/c warranty orders for sales representatives as well as Airedale field techs on Breeze.

Worked with all wiring areas and was in charge of Gemba boards for each area as well as figuring each employee’s production. Did a walk through each week and was responsible for ordering all bulk items used in the department. Created the traveler that went with each unit, so that the cabinet builder as well as each other station knew what needed to be provided on each unit. Created the schedule and sent to other departments including fabrication and paint line so they are aware the order in which we would build the units using excel. Created a point to point from the original wiring schematic so that the panel wirer’s/ stage wirer’s could wire without being able to read the schematic. Put all part #’s on piping schematic for braziers as well as highlighted and out all part numbers in wiring schematic for looms by using SAP.

*Service Department order filler-I was temporarily transferred to this position every winter for 16 years until finally biding for the job and holding the position.

*Atherion wirer -I built and wired panels, line wired units, and built looms for units, as well as did a final check on all units. Worked closely with Racine engineers to change the way the wiring was presented on the D cabinet unit so that it would mimic the B and C cabinet that way our wirer’s could do the jobs quickly. Trained new wirer’s.

*Airedale, I did all wiring jobs and filled in when the wiring lead was absent.

*Weatherhawlk -I build units, but mainly wired units.

*Direct Fire- wired units.

*Hot Dawg line-Assembled units.

*Infra-red- built and wired units.

*Main assembly line-ran a hoist and cartoned on the line.

*Paint Line- Hung parts on line following a schedule.

*Spot-welding- Ran numerous machines to inspirate, manifold and seam-weld burners as well as burner tubes and other parts needed for lines.
