Runner and weight lighting. I lost over 100lbs on my own, going form 240lbs down to 135lbs, over the last 18-24months. As an older woman and military veteran if I can do it anyone cane and I would love to help others meet their goals. I know I prefer working with someone who overcame themselves versus always fit/in-shape.
