Compassionate, recently retired, Physical Therapist Assistant who has practiced yoga for years. Upon completion of my 200 hour teacher training, I desire to use my new and past knowledge to motivate and guide participants, with the use of breath work, through vinyasa and yin yoga practice. I will cultivate a peaceful environment, while inviting clients to drop into their own body and be present in the moment. Leading with intention and authenticity, I want to share my gratitude for the benefits of this ancient practice.
