· Oversee and coordinate complete lease records BPO for all outsourcing clients.

· Prepare statements of work for projected billable hours for new outsourcing projects.

· Highly involved in data processes such as data mapping, conversions, testing, and implementations of acquisitions and total database conversions.

· Onboarding and implementations for new clients.

· Supervise and managea team of 26 analysts working on client projects.

· Complete employee reviews and provide feedback on performance.

· Completion of all lease records processes and special projects for various types of clients, from mineral companies to E&P companies of various sizes.

· Manage client relations, ensuring product delivery meets and exceeds expectations.

· Ability to complete title examinations, lease obligation reviews, associated updates, interest transfers, QCs, and data scrubs.

· Experience working with multiple assets such as Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania.

· Daily work consists of creating, maintaining, and reviewing all aspects of leases, contracts, wells, and more within LandVantage using recorded documents, various forms of title, QCs, and regulatory tools and websites.

• Performed extensive analysis and interpretation of complex leases, provisions, contracts, units, and title issues
• Compiled chain of title for specific properties and entered data into Plan Administration System
• Identified title defects and obtained necessary curative documents
