For the last 3 years I have been running/ General Managing restaurants for people who have no restaurant experience in the Hot Springs Village area. I've taught the owners how to calculate food cost, cost of goods sold, create menus, control labor costs, how to make schedules, set up vendor accounts, order food/liquor etc., forecast future business, social media marketing, how to set up and use their point of sale (POS) systems and more. These individuals purchase these restaurants as investments. After restructuring and making these restaurants profitable again the owner will sell.
