Working in a high risk antepatrum unit. Management of magnesium infusions, caring for critical preeclampsia patients, preterm labor, premature rupture of membranes, diabetics, sickle cell crisis and other patients requiring long term inpatient management. Floating to labor and delivery and mom and baby was necessary. I functioned as charge nurse. Ample experience in IV initiation and lab draws.

• Worked for 2 years in a cardiovascular step down unit caring for heart bypass patients, video assisted thoroscopies, and cardiac cath patients.
• Cared for patients in all aspects and labor and deliver, triage and the operating room. Helped with initiation and ongoing management of epidurals. Worked in the charge nurse role.
