  • I have had the privilege to be involved in the start up of a new line with my previous employer, Gray and Company. It was an exciting time for us and we faced the challenges head on with a strong determination to succeed. I took on many rolls during that time and enjoyed working with everyone involved to get the line running efficiently. When the company decided after many years to sell the line to another company, I was honored to be sent to train the new operators on how to run the equipment successfully.
