Create, plan, and execute member events.
Work with members, guests, potential clients and departments independently in planning, coordinating, and executing all events
Properly schedule use of facilities and banquet spaces.
Produce banquet event orders for all events.
Work with social and group contacts, Chef, and Restaurant Managers to deliver F&B needs. On the day of the event: greet, contact, and oversee execution of the event.
Develop and maintain files for all events including items such as contracts, banquet event orders, purchase orders, check requests, expenses, brochures, promotional material, etc.
Develop and manage seasonal/annual calendar of events.
Track revenue/expenses for all events. Quote prices and compile all charges for the Accounting department.

  • As a one-person department, I performed everything from start to finish that involves events, social activities, and recreation for an 800-unit, multi-residential gated community (condominiums, villas & single-family homes) governed by a master association representing 14 homeowner associations
  • The property I oversaw included: A clubhouse, dining area, stage/audio/visual/lighting sound booth, meeting rooms, full kitchen, fitness room, gaming areas and administration office, Pavilion, Two tennis courts, Four pickleball courts, Two Bocce Ball Courts, Six Shuffleboard Courts, One Olympic-size pool, patio, showers/restrooms, Three satellite pools, patios, showers/restrooms
  • My responsibilities included: Inspiring a common bond and spirit of goodwill throughout the community
