  • Effectively manage, plan, and prioritize new contract workload based on Contracting Officer guidance, regulatory/procedural requirements, and mission needs and apply sound business principles and regulatory/statutory requirements in the development and award of contracts.
  • Effectively develop and prepare assigned acquisitions for contract award to ensure no breaks in service.
  • Prepare and present conference presentations for contractors prior to submission of quotations and after award.
