In addition, I was part of a multi-functional team that served as a liaison between quality, production and shipping team areas implementing lean and 5S areas throughout the mining facility, active participant in the "Step Team" on site program and the leader for the quality team for the most behavioral safety observations and for finding and correcting the most at risk behaviors in the sites BOBCATS safety program for six years. This company is ISO certified.
