- This title requires me to complete the following on a daily and weekly basis:
- Train new CSR employees
- Oversee daily tasks are completed
- Assist managerial staff with client concerns and resolution
- Investigating financial mistakes
- Apprehension of missed payment for monthly service plans
- Plan and hold monthly team meetings
- Implement new techniques and protocols
- Provide new training tools and create new hire cheat-sheet to aid in learning curve

- Provide weekly reports to managerial staff
- Obtain medical records for clients
- Obtaining basic client information for file
- File monthly rabies report including sending check request to company and schedule fed ex pick up for delivery to county facility once the check is received
- Check surgical appointments are prepared
- By checking if bloodwork has been completed in appropriate time frame and treatment plans have been premade
- I then prepare the surgical documents for the following weeks' procedures
- I ensure hospital flow is maintained and update clients accordingly if the doctors are behind
- Call to reschedule appointments as needed
Veterinary Technician

- I am trained to perform blood draws, x-rays, initiate hospitalization set up, prepare and administer medicine, perform basic in- clinic laboratory test and prepare outgoing tests

- I prepare and review treatment plans and take medical notes for patient exams and intakes.
