• Cooperated with developers and infrastructure teams to address and resolve errors generated by automated platforms to rectify malfunctions so workflows are fully executed.
• Formulated and defined system scope and objectives based on user needs to replace existing in-house CRM and move its functionalities to the web-based platform, Salesforce.
• Supported the organization's technical support team and assisted with resolution of customer tickets through research, testing and implementation of changes and adjustments to multiple company applications.

Collaborated with conversion project team at Pentucket Bank to transition core banking platform and ancillary applications to new vendor products. Responsibilities included the following:

• Led efforts to define new network directory structure.
• Collected, consolidated and recorded data surrounding business functions, their applications and the technology behind it to show connectivity and relationships across applications.
• Documented technical specifications containing high level hardware and software details.

• Coordinated with multiple business lines within TD Bank on acquisition project to onboard incoming processes and systems.
• Specifically, collaborated with a strategic sourcing and procurement team to gather requirements needed to address contract data gaps between the two organizations.

Collaborated with both business users of an internal accounting system and developers to perform the following:

• Gathered requirements to define scope and objectives based on user needs.
• Extracted data and performed data mapping exercises for analysis.
• Developed and utilized requirements traceability matrix to confirm test cases align with business requirements in order to reduce defects by 10 percent.
• Monitored, tracked and resolved open issues related to testing defects and the requirements gathering process to minimize risk and to drive the project to be completed on time.
• Organized and led teams in the implementation process of system changes and program enhancements which included leading team playbook meetings, communicating installation changes and performing validation tasks of new program enhancements.

Executed business analysis functions for the specific client, Trust Company of the West, TCW, in order to institute a new statement application and printing process, including the following:

• Aided in preparing business requirements and user acceptance test plans.
• Tested uploader technology, extracts and logic enhancements for the statement application.
• Assisted with parallel testing for Redi2, client specific feed based system, and audited the output for accuracy.
• Authored, reviewed and communicated user guides and procedural documents to introduce business users to the new applications.

Actively managed accounting and reconciliation process of approximately 15 daily and monthly trust accounts. Additional responsibilities included:

• Assisted with the auditing of daily and monthly valued accounts, including but not limited to domestic, international and commingled accounts containing investments such as options, futures, swaps and derivatives.
• Educated new hires, interns and participants in The Bank of New York Mellon Management Training Program on operational procedures for accounting processing.
• Created automated reconciliation processes between The Bank of New York Mellon and brokerage firms such as Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs.

Responsible for collaborating with brokerage firms to research and resolve discrepancies between accounting data system and brokerage reports, in addition to the below:

• Facilitated open dialogue between brokers and investment managers regarding trading procedures and processing of brokerage accounts.
• Ensured performance, accruals, pricing and corporate action processing was accurate.
