Run controls monthly or when needed, weekly eyewash check and log, blood draws, in house testing, confirm correct patient with name and birthday, process lab work and input in in house test results into the computer, sanitize work area, report to nurse practitioner, record daily in house test,

• Performed venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood samples from patients

• Responsible with assisting clients plan monthly activities as a group or one on one. I transported in company van to outings, shopping, doctor appointments, to and from home. I assisted clients to the bathroom and with personal care when needed. I charted on the computer daily recording clients day.

• Upon admissions, I was responsible with patient weight and vitals, body search, inventory with personal belongings. I charted and checked on patients every 15 minutes for their safety. I participated with patients with activities, group conversation, and meals. I reported to nurse with any questions or concerns about a patient. I was the patients listening ear when needed and I would laugh and joke with patients at times. Patients respected me and appreciated how I treated them and in return followed hospitals rules while I was on shift.

• I started working as DSP at the day program. I assisted clients with planning a monthly calender with their ideas on what they wanted to do, shopping, places to eat, movies, going to the gym, cooking. I transported clients to and from the center. I assisted clients with crafts. I transported clients to their jobs and assisted them with their job duties (job coach). I was offered a postion as Assistant
• Supervisor. I assisted clients to doctors, shopping, activities. I attended all Supervisor meetings, staff meetings. I updated clients personal file on the computer when needed. I worked with client finances every week, making sure all reciepts were accounted for and match their recent amount. I had monthly logs to report such as van logs, fire log, emergency food storage ( no outdated food supply). I assisted with interviews, asking questions and calling job/ personal refference. I enjoyed the staff and clients and making positive changes involving the staff and clients.

• I gave and recieved report from nurse and staff before and after shift change. I was responsible for patient personal care, bathe, bathroom, reposition in bed/ wheelchair, lifting, meals. I answered patient call lights, vitals, weights, charted, and report to nurse.

• I was responsible for greeting patient and getting their weight. I administered Heporin prior to cannulation. programing the machine to run properly. Observing patient while on machine and charting their progress on the computer. I completed blood draws when there was an order to do so. I prepare the machine for the next patient by sanitizing, adding acid and biocard and correct equipment required.
