• Coordinated and facilitated monthly training meeting for the middle school deans in Cherry Creek to focus on restorative justice, making discipline a relationship-building experience, how to work with law enforcement, and school law.

Served as a member of the leadership tem by coordinating the 7th grade teachers and students.

• Served as a full-year Principal Intern to plan and conduct professional learning, conduct student discipline, build the master schedule, assist in hiring, and facilitate multiple problem-solving meetings (2000-2001).
• Served as the 8th Grade Inclusion Teacher by co-teaching and co-planning with general education Math, Science, Social Studies, and English Language Arts teachers.
• Taught three sections of 8th Grade English Language Arts with Special Education student included to provide effective differentiation for all students.
• Facilitated common grading of student writing for our English Language Arts Department and responsive instructional design based on the student writing.
