• Worked closely with SLT and a vendor to plan and coordinate activities to implement a DEI program at the NYISO.

• Worked with selected Change Partners to produce recommendations to provide all employees with a voice at the NYISO. Participated in a presentation to SLT that resulted in changes being made to the Performance Management process.
• Meet monthly with a team of Change Advisors to provide DEI support and teach DEI lessons that I learned in trainings with the vendor.
• Responsible for planning SLT and All-Employee education sessions. Involved from the beginning communications, scheduling, and execution of the sessions.

CIP-012

• Successfully managed effort to update CIP documentation and implement security software changes for DSASP Generators.
• Worked closely with project team, Legal, and Security Governance to complete the necessary CIP document revisions.
• Liaison between NYISO and Transmission Owners to schedule review and approval of CIP documents.
• Worked closely with Release and Control, Networking, and DSASP Generators to implement necessary updates to security platforms in order to comply with CIP-012 changes.

Infrastructure Projects

• Successfully managed multiple infrastructure projects.

EMS/BMS

QA Baseline work

• Provided training for new employees.
• Provided support for team members whose projects were at risk. Volunteered to take on additional work to help the team meet business objectives in a timely manner.
• Worked weekends for QA markets coverage to ensure limited downtime of the INT1 and Staging systems. Worked closely with Release and Control and on-call individuals to troubleshoot and fix issues.
• Selected to join the ICAP testing team. Came up to speed quickly and was able to successfully test releases with limited ramp up time.

DRIS

• Selected as QA lead for the DRIS application.
• Created test and execution plan and managed QA team which resulted in a successful deployment.

• Responsible for creation of projects in ServiceNow and new employee accounts in ClearQuest.

MIS Forms Upgrade

• Led testing effort for a platform upgrade of MIS forms.
• Executed manual testing procedures, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

• Worked closely with multiple business groups to verify each application was working as expected and met the business owner's requirements.
