• Behavioral Consultation for Autistic Support Verbal Behavior classrooms
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.

• Provided direct behavioral therapy to children and teens using natural environment and discrete trial training techniques.
• Measured behaviors through accurate antecedent-behavior-consequence, continuous, and discontinuous data collection methods.

• Conducted behavioral assessments and designed behavior support plans for adolescents and adults diagnosed with ID, including identification of target behaviors, interventions, and data collection.
• Provided training to staff on operational definitions of target behaviors, data collection, and intervening on challenging behaviors.
• Participated in multidisciplinary team meetings, Human Rights Committee meetings, and Sexuality Review Committee Meetings to ensure ethical treatment and review outcomes.
