Patient care, initiate and terminate dialysis treatment, stock treatment floor, prepare packs for next day, keep treatment floor clean, clean treatment stations in between patients, train new hires, conduct monthly clinical audits, educate other PCTs and patients on policy and procedures, work in Schedulewise sandbox to suggest better workflow in the clinic, maintain a clean water room, and disinfect the clinic water loop.

Conduct vascular and dialysis training for new and existing patients, refer patients to home dialysis treatment centers to begin training, communicate with physicians about potential patients and education needs, daily use of Microsoft Office and Excel, daily Zoom and other video calls, participate in monthly QAI meetings, keep in touch with stage 4 patients to see where they're at with diagnosis and if they have any questions, and prepare lobby days for my 14 clinics.

Answer clinic phones, transfer calls, take messages, schedule appointments, conduct appointment reminder calls, verify insurance coverage, utilize and update EMR, Admit and discharge patients, obtain vitals and perform urinalysis tests, and clean/prepare examination rooms.

Manage quality control, manage shipping and receiving, perform billing and ordering, use the forklift to move shipments within the warehouse, perform inventory, log employee attendance, answer phones, fax orders, and attend quality meetings.
