  • Promoted to PMC Regional hospital, Physician owned outpatient surgical center that owned 4 PMC urgent care centers in 4 counties, two in Kentucky, two in Indiana. Three centers were closed, all employees were laid off by the board of directors. The Medical director, who was my supervisor at PMC urgent care Madison, Indiana, had a need for a new lead tech/radiation safety officer in the hospital
  • Collaborated with nursing supervisor each morning to organize surgical cases in need of C-arm, rearrange room assignments/time of case to ensure all cases in need of c-arm would have it and none would overlap.
  • Had 4 C-arm units in the department with 3 techs 4 days/wk and 4 techs every Friday
  • Assigned Rad techs to blocks of rooms each morning to ensure a fair rotation of the types cases we each had i.e cystos, spines, podiatry and a variety of orthopedic
