  • Collaborated with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals and identified ways to support this mission through human capital management. Set, enforced, and evaluated legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices that reflected teammate needs and well-being.   • Supported the growth of a multi-location, primarily remote organization from 450 employees to 1450 employees over a 4-year period through organic and M&A activity. Successfully integrated 6 acquisitions with 19 to 175 employees per acquisition.
