Established team member in high volume community pharmacy setting servicing retail customers as well as long term care patients residing at assisted living facilities and group homes. Performed Drug Use Review, screened for interactions and duplicate therapy, reviewed complicated drug regimens. Communicated vital medication information and changes between physicians and long term care staff. Processed and dispensed prescriptions accurately and timely.
