Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed. Documents all communication with physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team and patients/residents and their family members in the medical record. Oversee over 10 pharmacy technicians in order entry, dispensing or sterile compounding. Experienced in leading team members and working with upper management. Passion for educating patients, especially elderly patients on medication therapies.
