Appointed by the Webster County Board of Supervisors to lead the Webster County Health Department as the Executive Director in February of 2023. Served as the primary liaison to the Board of Health, providing updates, reports, and recommendations on public health issues and policies. Provide oversight to all programs including maternal/child health, I-Smile/I-Smile Silver, disease investigation, emergency preparedness, Women, Infant, Children program, immunizations, and home health department. Oversee daily operations, including program development, service delivery, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, administrative rules, and funding requirements. Experience managing budgets, grants, and multi-disciplinary teams.
