As part of my executive leadership role, I hosted, emceed and presented at local, regional, state and federal gatherings. Through strong leadership, a compelling vision, active listening, equitable planning, as well as a relentless commitment to understanding differences, I have demonstrated success in uniting large groups of individuals around common goals. For example, in 2015, I presented at the World Association for Infant Mental Health in Rome, Italy.

My advocacy is based on strong written and verbal contributions have been recognized by respected organizations, including the David & Lucille Packard Foundation, which honored me as an “innovative leader” at the Innovative Leadership World Conference at Stanford University.
