As part of my executive leadership role, I hosted, emceed and presented at local, regional, state and federal gatherings. Through strong leadership, a compelling vision, active listening, equitable planning, as well as a relentless commitment to understanding differences, I have demonstrated success in uniting large groups of individuals around common goals. For example, in 2015, I presented at the World Association for Infant Mental Health in Rome, Italy.

My advocacy is based on strong written and verbal contributions have been recognized by respected organizations, including the David & Lucille Packard Foundation, which honored me as an “innovative leader” at the Innovative Leadership World Conference at Stanford University. I was also named an Outstanding Woman of the 12th Senate District by Senator Anna Caballero demonstrates my political effectiveness by hosting and coordinating regional campaigns and speaking publicly to influence legislative affairs at the state, county and local level
As a consultant, I have success in public speaking, hosting events and developing and uniting countywide coalitions, including Santa Cruz Opportunities in Education, and the Santa Cruz Valley Tourism Council
Organized an effort to establish a quality school in Santa Cruz Valley, Arizona through public outreach campaigns. As the "face" of the school, I presented to large groups of parents, local officials and potential funders. The school hosted community events, fund raisers and educational series, all of which I served as the emcee.
Volunteers were gathered, trained and valued as part of our core community of support for each of event. The emphasis was on creating a quality and welcoming environment.
