For this office my main job was to provide therapy to customers using ultrasound waves machines as well as take x-rays and go over their initial intake forms with them. I would also be in charge of welcoming clients and answering phone calls from attorneys when I was in the front area. This job taught me to multitask better as well as enhance my clientele and people skills.

• In my most recent job, I was in charge of picking up phone calls, making appointments, organize company files, do payroll, assist in writing translations and many other documents, assist in matters pertaining to assisting with and translating with the IRS, filled out documents and sent them, learned how to briefly use quickbooks and advance my computer skills. Working in that office helped me expand my knowledge about finances and keeping order as well as doing things on time. I learned many things about teamwork and a professional environment.

• In between working as a waitress, I also worked as a cleaning assistant for house keeping which also taught me many skills in how to clean well and thoroughly.

• Working as a waitress has taught me to do things fast and well done. My duties were to attend and serve the customers, greet guest as they enter and leave, maintain a clean station, assist to have great customer satisfaction, and learned that teamwork leads to a great working experience and a safe and fun environment.
