As a researcher my position was to implement, control, analyze, and report on information gathered. The data collected normally revolved around products for Thomson Gale Publishing. As the company grew, I took on the responsibility of training new employees for the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
As a Coordinator, I supervised 420 students and work closely with families correcting behavioral issues and ensuring that each child's needs were met according to school guidelines. I had the responsibility of filling 450 voluntary positions utilizing 140 individuals per semester. As instructor courses taught ranged from Social Science, Language Arts, Spanish as a second language and proctor test for students using both Stanford Achievement Test and The Iowa Test.
