  • Construction Duties
  • • Works with Construction Team to provide progress reports to the Deputy Director and keeps meeting minutes and records.
  • • Coordinate procurement for bids as assigned for all construction projects. Solicits quotes, relays job plans and details, and prepares contracts for awards.
  • • Coordinates the delivery of materials to the jobsites.
  • • Assists Finance Manager with construction invoicing statement reconciliation, returns and credits, and all check requests preparation. Submitting bills for payment review to Deputy Director, tracking of all invoices, and receipts as needed.
  • • Act as a liaison with local agencies, companies and other organizations on construction needs as assigned.
  • • Coordination and track in-kind donations related to construction.
  • • Communicates frequently with the Site Supervisors & contracted labor to track the status of builds and assist in schedule their needs.
  • • Performs other appropriate activities and duties as assigned.
  • • Attend Homeowner in process meetings and assists with Homeowner’s preconstruction throughout the planning phase of construction as assigned.
  • • Works closely with Volunteer Coordinator to schedule group volunteer experience and Partner Family communication in coordination with the Deputy Director.
  • Additional Office Duties
  • • Answer all office phone calls and reply to all messages.
  • • Process incoming mail, prepare and send outgoing mail, and maintain and upkeep the meter
