• Collected and analyzed data for use to inform instruction, to identify academic strengths and weaknesses and support student goals. However, teachers did were not aware how to do this so it began the five year plan of building the school

• Collaborated with Buffalo UPK to be awarded $450,000 in UPK monies and purchased a large indoor playground, updated all furniture, increased salaries

• Brought in over $500,000 from a private donor to begin a middle school modeled after Ron Clark Academy using his House System with a Catholic twist
• Plan and Research trip plans to attend the Ron Clark Professional Development in Georgia with the middle school team using Title II money
• Brought the school out of a 550,000 deficit within entering year number 3
