• Priced and tagged sale and clearance items

• Memorized menu and made recommendations to guests
• Took orders, offered packages to save them money
• Delivered meals, drinks, condiments
• Cleared tables
• Soley ran the dining counter
• Made coffee, iced tea, rolls, and maintained a clear counter where side items were located
• Closed the wait counter and side bar for night crew
