Responsibility 1- Safety
• Identify and implement best practices and SAFE-LIFE concepts to drive safety improvements across the region
• Lead the execution of safety operational initiatives in their respective business unit, as per the strategic direction of business and unit leadership
• Use data to identify and scope local priorities to positively impact safety performance
• Lead safety case management (tactical support for injuries)
• Lead EHS incident investigation root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action planning (delegation to Supervisors and DMs)
Responsibility 2- Quality
• Identify and implement best practices and SAFE-LIFE concepts to drive quality improvements across the region
• Lead the execution of quality operational initiatives in their respective business unit, as per the strategic direction of business and unit leadership
• Support district quality by performing Qlikview analysis, field audits and ride alongs
• Participate in quality teams where targeted efforts are needed
Responsibility 3-
• Identify and implement best practices training improvements across the region
• Oversee new technician training plan (scheduling, facility and equipment readiness, coaches, certifications) o Administer USIC Institute (LMS) for assigned districts o Train and certify trainers, coaches, supervisors, and others
