Working with children who have a 25% delay in one or more areas of development (communication, gross motor, fine motor, adaptive, and social-emotional), while also implementing behavior redirection strategies through targeted interventions such as token economies and picture cards

• Assist with picking up children from school as well as helping with homework. Teaching Spanish two times a week as well as teaching ELA AND Math. Maintaining a clean environment for the students as well as the teachers.

• I am responsible for 20-30 children for the after school program. My responsibilities require me to lesson plan for the week making each week different, the subjects that I plan for are Homework help, Art, Physical activity and Science.
