I managed hundreds of different properties and resolved tenants issues .. for example leaky faucets leaky showers,tubs,supply valves ,supply lines, all laboratory plumbing , and toilet services , backed up main sewage lines , I’ve replaced hot water heaters , hvac systems indoor outdoor,sometimes service ac issues and sometimes replace ac issues, like contactors capacitors control boards,compressors, filter driers, condensate pumps and preventative condensate safety switches to eliminate future leaks and damage to the home . I have my epa hvac certification universal card, and credentials…. I can do flooring , replace shower surrounds , replace doors, locks , any locks , I can break in locks in case of emergency, I can install hardwired smoke detectors and non hardwired smoke detectors, I have huge experience in fixing appliances such as .. washing machine issues , I can fix dryers , microwaves which most of the time it’s a control board issue and it out ways the price of a new microwave , I can fix every issue on a stove especially electrical stoves ,even glass tops , I can fix fridges , replace fans ,receptacles,breakers,single pole switches , Sheetrock work , popcorn included , decking , roofing, metal or shingles , doors not shutting or latching properly, handrails ,windows , storm doors , French doors , I’m very Familiar with transmission And non transmission geared snake for plumbing, light fixtures, door knobs ,, locks , passage , bath and bed, Bi fold doors , siding , exterior water leak prevention and repair, gutter repair, I can essentially do anything asked of me .. because the amount of issues on a daily / weekly basis I’ve delt with every issue , I can run trim , quarter round , pvc wood ect, I’ve done vanity’s , countertops , base boards and crown , cabinets
