As a manger, I cleaned various parts of the store to help my General Manager prepare for corporate inspection. This includes various handy man jobs, such as cleaning the oven, pressure washing, painting etc.

The more important and relevant part of my job as closing manager was to lead dinner rush and close the store in a thorough and clean manner. Which entails management of drivers and in store employees to ensure all task were completed as expected.,

Various Odd jobs and handy man work, mainly oriented towards landscaping and property care. This job entailed managing my personal schedule an hours to ensure all task were completed on time as expected by the customer. Typically, a 12-hour workday. Achievements and jobs completed included, tree felling, retaining wall completion, patios, stump removal, land clearing, roof cleaning, etc.

Learned the various stations on the line. This included dough slapper, pizza topper, saucer, cut stations, register, etc.

Learned every position in store to maximize efficiency and capability to help the team. This included fryers, grill, cashier, sandwich maker, drinks, bagger, dishwasher, etc. Wherever I was needed at the time. The second portion of this position was to THOROUGHLY clean the store to perfection every night.

Manage sales of knives, optics, electronic navigation systems, camping materials to customer. And just keeping my department visually clean and professional.
