Responsible for leading Target Zero Safety culture to ensure the safety of crew members, leading safety meeting with company crews and contract crews during joint projects

Responsible for all Maintenance and Storm Hardening projects with company crews and contract crews, leading and attending all preconstruction meetings providing insight on equipment and contingencies

Responsible for ensuring all material for projects is accounted for and job close out packages closed out correctly

• Responsible for ensuring target zero through demonstrating no unsafe behaviors or acts
• Responsible for coordinating and performing the inspection and testing of substation equipment
• Responsible for evaluating and applying new testing and monitoring techniques for substation equipment
• Establish SOCO system-wide relationships with substation peers to facilitate knowledge transfer, best practice sharing and the sharing of resources
• Coordinate and ensure available resources for major maintenance projects
• Submit work requests to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and testing activities
• Coordinate and lead the investigation into problems with electrical equipment
• Respond to real time substation events (including after hours) and recommend corrective action for faulted equipment
