As an afterschool all star leader who was given a position as a basketball coach, with zero experience- I alongside my 7 students were awarded highly for our involvement in pure domination against our opponents during our six month season. Coming out with a stunning 10-0 record, undefeated champs!
As a regular shoe seller at ala Moana showplace corporation- I was acknowledged as the youngest worker there who had already out ranked my veteran peers and managers by simply being who I was on the sales floor and making a huge statement through just only one sale. As a courtesy to my customers and to who I am as an individual I took my time and did whatever it took to find the best choice for my customers. The energy, heart and charisma Given to this specific customer earned me a sale from the stores most gullible and stubborn buyer. That had earned me a small recognition in which I will never forget.
As a volunteer with landscaping llc, I was acknowledged for my abilities to deescalate almost anything and my willingness to become what or who I needed to be for my peers as well as my community. I noticed that the corporation was falling hard as far as leadership. My willingness to do whatever was right and stepping up to whatever came my way, is what granted me somewhat of status within the community college groups here in Waianae and the afterschool all star corporation in which they will always accept me with open arms.
