- JA Carpentry Inc (Work for Tommy Hilfiger): 3,000 square foot retail space, post construction cleaning. Drywall dust removal, paint removal, bathrooms, storage area and main sales floor (floors, baseboards, shelving, cash , store front windows)

- Thru Tech: 12,000 squarefoot medical equiptment development facility. Deep cleaning of 16 offices; all windows, doors, baseboards and furniture. Facility was under construction and had been vacated; dusting, cleaning, polishing floors.
