- Served as an intermediary between federal, state, and local law enforcement and the community organizations in their areas to stem the demand and distribution of narcotics through training and education campaigns.
- Spearheaded the development and execution of over 60 unique multi day counternarcotic courses; for example Narcoterrorism, Science Based Drug Education, and Basic Narcotics School.
- Served as the Contracting Officer Representative for the USPFO-IA on over 60 service (training) contracts valued at more than 30 million dollars over a decade.
- Worked with youth training through DARE and the Iowa Hero Academy.
- Developed and managed an annual budget of over 5 million dollars.
