Communication Skills
I first learned about the importance of communication when I became a foreman. I had to learn how to communicate effectively with my co-workers. I wanted them to feel comfortable working for me and discuss any problems they had, but keep productivity up. I feel I was successful at it. I was able to maintain healthy work communication with each of my workers in the crew. It was both professional and effective. I attempt clear and consistent communication daily.
Accomplishments
- I received the Emerging Leadership Award from the City of Green Bay after completing training over the course of 100 hours.
Affiliations
- My greatest joy outside of work is spending time with my family, my wife and two young girls.
- I enjoy building computers with friends and in the past I was an avid snowmobiler.
