In my role as Field Operations Manager, I oversee a team of Field Representatives responsible for insurance-driven property, commercial, and roof inspections across multiple territories. I manage daily scheduling, workload distribution, and routing to ensure maximum efficiency and timely job completion. My responsibilities include training field personnel, maintaining quality control, and resolving operational challenges in real time. I work closely with both field staff and corporate leadership to maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and productivity within the inspection process.

Reliable Reports — Field Representative (July 2020–Sept 2022)

As a Field Representative, I performed detailed residential and commercial insurance inspections, including roof inspections, 4-point surveys, and property condition assessments. My role required strong attention to detail, effective communication with property owners, and thorough documentation through written reports and photographic evidence. I consistently completed high volumes of assignments while meeting strict accuracy, safety, and turnaround expectations. This position strengthened my technical inspection skills and provided deep familiarity with insurance industry standards.

Vinyl Record Pressing — Press Technician / Production (Feb 2017–Feb 2018)

At the vinyl pressing facility, I was responsible for operating and maintaining specialized equipment used in the manufacturing of vinyl records. My work included preparing materials, monitoring machine performance, ensuring accurate pressing, and inspecting the final product for quality and consistency. I contributed to a fast-paced production workflow where precision and attention to detail were essential for producing professional-grade vinyl records.

As the owner and lead talent buyer of Paperwings Productions, I organized concerts and events featuring regional and national touring artists. I handled every aspect of event production, including artist booking, contract negotiations, budgeting, marketing, ticketing, venue coordination, and day-of-show logistics. This role required strong business management skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to maintain relationships with artists, venues, and vendors. Through this work, I developed a deep understanding of live event production and independent music promotion.
