• My responsibilities included handling intake and delivery of special-order items and building large stock transfers to our retail stores. I frequently used inventory tracking tools and scanners to pull materials and load them into a large container. Once completed, the stock transfer was sent to the appropriate store. As a team, we worked on 3 stores per day, ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 pounds each worth of material. This job required impeccable attention to detail critical thinking, and lots of physical endurance.

• As a Warranty Administrator my responsibilities include reviewing every repair order written for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the policies and procedures
• Process all warranty claims
• Handle and resolve all claim corrections
• Review and manage warranty schedule and reports
• Written and verbal communication to Technicians, Management, and GM Representative
• Attending warranty training courses, online and in-person.
• My responsibilities have also included inbound and outbound phone calls, transferring phone calls, making service appointments, data entry, filing repair orders, and various office duties, shuttling customers to and from the dealership, performing quality control vehicle tests as needed, assisting the Service manager, Shop Foreman and Service advisors as needed.

• My responsibilities included receiving, handling, and preparing inventory for delivery
• Directing delivery trucks to pick up stations while maintaining a safe work environment for co-workers.

(This Amazon Warehouse permanently closed due to remodeling in the Fall of 2022)

• My responsibilities included sorting, and organizing the Tool Bay area, forklift driving, moving equipment, and vehicles, staging areas to be repurposed, general labor, and cleaning

(Temporary position due to a specific dealership need)

• My responsibilities included receiving shipments, sorting, assembling, labeling, and shipping orders, transferring finished goods and raw materials between departments for processing by forklift, and use of a pallet jack.

(The company moved out of town in 2021)

• My responsibilities included sorting and organizing the Tool Bay area, forklift driving, moving equipment, and vehicles, staging areas to be repurposed, general labor, and cleaning
• Assisting the Service Department lube technician in performing oil changes and tire rotations
• Assisted customers as needed for assistance, transportation and resolving customer concerns

(Position ended due to Covid-19 restrictions)

• My responsibilities included receiving materials, forklift driving, sorting, labeling, organizing, taking pictures of inventory and uploading to company website, data entry, tracking inventory, monitoring sales, order picking, preparing item for packaging, and shipping.
