   Jeremy is the kind of team member every organization hopes to have. Punctual and dependable, he can always be counted on to show up early and ready to work and give 110%. His attention to detail and insistence on maintaining the highest standards have played a crucial role in insuring that only the best quality products are shipped to our customers. Whenever we have had to ship a product "critical in nature" we always make sure that Jeremy is involved. He ensures that no detail is left out, and that all material is palletized in such a way to guarantee that the product will arrive at the customer on time and undamaged.

   What truly sets Jeremy apart is his willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it's staying late to meet a tight deadline, mentoring new team members, or identifying ways to improve our processes, he constantly takes the initiative and leads by example. He has been instrumental in the creation of guides and work instructions to transfer knowledge to the new employees. He is comfortable working with all levels within and external to the organization. He interacts with external shipping companies to schedule freight pickups-clearly communicating the requirements and expectations. He is one of our best forklift drivers ,always putting safety first while loading and unloading truck freight.
