Jeremy Morse

Started as a foreman building stations and supervising crews of up to 15 employees. Now I supervise 2 crews building and upgrading electrical substations. Communicate and plan daily duties for ongoing projects. Organize and perform outages and clearances in energized yards.

Daily duties included planning and communicating daily duties for the crew. Worked with crew members to make sure they learned and understood how to read prints, hazards and hazard mitigation, jobsite housekeeping and constant monitoring of work progress to make sure all deadlines were met.

Worked directly under the supervision of a lineman. Duties included operation of various equipment, setting transmission structures, pulling sagging and clipping in wire.

Duties included training of new personnel, planning and communicating daily job tasks as well as making sure to meet deadlines. Work consisted of replacing broke distribution poles, installing underground and overhead house services, installing underground primary, street lighting and on occasion storm work.
