Served as the COMSEC Custodian for a light infantry division consisting of 13 Local Elements (LE) and the division headquarters; responsible for over $2,500,000 of tactical and automations equipment; coordinated storage, issue, resupply, requisition, and acquisition of time sensitive, Top Secret, NATO Secret, and Allied key material for signal and visual intelligence systems in support of real-world missions; ensured coordination and compliance with Department of Defense. Created Local Element accounts and trained Soldiers assigned to LE’s on proper handling and destruction of COMSEC material.

Served as the Division COMSEC Account Manager for the 3rd Infantry Division· managed the operations, applications, and maintenance of the COMSEC Account; performs all functions of

classified COMSEC material control following the National Security Agency's directives for the receipt, custody, issuance, safeguarding, accounting, and destruction of COMSEC software and hardware; monitors submit requests, issues COMSEC materials; conducts inventories and periodic inspections of five Local Elements' (LE) COMSEC facilities; responsible for the morale, health, welfare, and professional development of Soldiers and their families.

Served as a Senior Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Operating Account Manager (KOAM) for 1st Brigade Combat Team consisting of more than 4,300 Soldiers; responsible for producing and implementing policies, planning and the training of 17 Local Elements (LE) within seven subordinate battalions; supervised and performed maintenance, management and administrative duties related to facility operations, security and personnel; prepared standards of operation, emergency evacuation and destruction plans; requisitioned, received, stored, issued, destroyed and accounted for COMSEC equipment and keying material; responsible for the health, welfare, training, and accountability of Assistant Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Operating Account Manager (KOAM).

Lead Cyber Defense expert for 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade and its four subordinate battalions, Tested, implemented and deployed infrastructure hardware and software; responded to crisis or urgent situations within the network to mitigate immediate and potential cyber threats; used defensive measures and information collected from a variety of sources to identify, analyze, and report events that occur or might occur within the network in order to protect information, information systems, and networks from threats; provided detailed analysis reports as necessary; used mitigation, preparedness, and response and recovery approaches as needed; conducted assessments of threats and vulnerabilities.

Served as Nodal Network Systems Supervisor in support of 1st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade; supervised, installed, maintained and troubleshot signal support for the Joint Network Node (JNN); provided technical assistance, unit level training for automation systems, automated telecommunications systems to include local area networks and routers; responsible for the health and welfare of one Noncommissioned Officer and Soldiers; prepared maintenance and supply requests for platoon level signal support; assisted in the accountability and management of consolidated resources and communications equipment valued in excess of $2,000,000.

Served as an industrial journeyman electrician in the construction of Thyssen Krupp, Malcom, Alabama. Responsible for the installation of galvanized, EMT, and Aluminum conduit; Installation, wiring and troubleshooting of pumps, and control; Replacing and installing of new electric circuit breaker panels, receptacles, switches in commercial applications.

Served as a Team Chief for a High-Capacity Line of Site (HCLOS) team in support of 4th Brigade Combat Team (BCT); responsible for installation, operation, and maintenance of one HCLOS shelter, and one 5kw generator, two communications security (COMSEC) devices, three 15-meter mast antennas, one 30- meter mast antenna and associated equipment valued at $150,000; prepared input for statistical and other operational reports.

Served as a Team Chief for a KU-Band satellite and data system network team with a real-world mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; supported communications for a 200 person Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) while deployed to Khowst, Afghanistan in support of Combined Joint Operational Area providing voice, data, Non-Secure Internet Protocol (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol (SIPR), and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone capability, responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of Local Area Network (LAN) and one KU-Band Satellite valued at $250,000.

Served as a Remote Access Unit Team Chief, providing tactical area communications in support of 2nd Infantry Division in the most forward deployed and tactical Mobile Subscriber Equipment Area Signal Battalion; responsible for the health and welfare, and professional development of soldiers: responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of one AN/TRC-190(V)1, one AN/TRC-191A, one PU-797 Generator Set, one PU-798 Generator Set and three HMMWV’s and associated equipment in excess of $750,000.
