Head of Security: 2022 - Current
I work for a private security company and my position is know as the grand inquisitor. I am the enforcer of our company and I’m the head of security at our biggest contracted location. I was highly trained mentally and physically and expected to preform to the capabilities instilled upon me. With an assertive physical appearance, respectful, attentive, alert, and always mentally present in every situation I became very effective. I treat everyone with respect while still enforcing the actions that i'm expected to execute and I've always handled them appropriately by how I chose to handle myself most importantly. I have earned my security licenses, been hand to hand combat trained, and emergency medically trained. I am in charge of running large crews in extremely high intensity situations and I understand what it takes to execute your task safely. You have to make the extra effort to emphasize your teams communication and be attentive to recognizing every variable and how you handle them as a team together. How you work hard at your performance in every task and with your team everything runs effectively. The same as you're expected to on any high intensity job site. I respect this job but I always knew that it wasn't the job I wanted for a career. I’m thankful for my time and experience here but I know I want more out of myself and it showed me how bad I wanted that and to become a lineman.
