For the past 10 years I have been the Assistant Varsity Girls Softball Coach for Lee County High School.  My job responsibilities consist of coordinating the development and promotion of the Softball Program.  Assess players' skills and assign team positions. Organize and schedule practice sessions. Organize and direct individual and small group practices activities/exercises.  I also instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.
